2. During installation, pay attention to the direction of the medium flow should be consistent with the direction of the arrow voted by the valve body.
3. The lifting vertical flap check valve should be installed on the vertical pipeline.
4. The lifting horizontal flap check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipeline.
What is a vertical check valve?
Vertical check valves are widely used in systems where it is necessary to prevent the backflow of media, such as the outlet of the pump, the hot water replenishment end, and the suction end of the centrifugal pump. Its function is to prevent the consequences that may occur from the backflow of the medium, for example, if the outlet of the pump is not equipped with a vertical check valve, the high-speed return water will cause a huge impact on the impeller of the pump when the pump suddenly stops; If a vertical check valve (foot valve) is not installed at the suction end of a centrifugal pump, the pump needs to be filled every time the pump is turned on.
