The light hydrocarbon recovery and stabilization skid-mounted complete set of equipment is a raw material with a variety of light hydrocarbons as the main components after the separation of natural gas on a scale of 3-5 million cubic meters such as conventional natural gas, coalbed methane, shale gas, tight gas, water-soluble gas, etc., and further separates and purifies the impurity components such as mixed hydrocarbons in the raw materials through filtration, heat exchange, separation, distillation and other processes, and finally becomes a skid-mounted equipment that stabilizes light hydrocarbons, and then transports or stores and transports them downstream. It has an integrated, intelligent, safe and reliable skid-mounted light hydrocarbon recovery stabilization device, which has the following characteristics:
(1) It integrates the functions of filtration, heat exchange, pressure regulation, flow metering, overpressure safety protection, etc., adopts embedded control system, and fully automates the operation
(2) In view of the extremely low temperature operating environment such as the severe cold climate in the north, the large temperature difference between day and night in Xinjiang and Qinghai, and the application requirements of Class A flammable and explosive production and operation protection, remote monitoring and alarm are realized to ensure the continuous, safe, reliable and uninterrupted operation of the device
(3) Develop a fully automatic control system based on PLC to realize real-time monitoring, intelligent diagnosis and fault early warning functions of the device's operating conditions, and ensure the unattended, safe, reliable and efficient operation of the equipment
(4) Using full Chinese LCD operation interface, the operation status is clear at a glance, easy to operate, and strong environmental adaptability, can use ultra-low temperature, high altitude, high humidity, wind sand, rain and snow and other field construction environments.
(5) The use of skid-mounted complete sets of technical equipment can avoid a large amount of investment in ground facilities and pipelines, and can directly connect with end users or enter the oil and gas field production site, save engineering investment and operating costs, reduce the waste of natural gas resources, and obtain high technical and economic benefits and good social benefits.
