Uses and characteristics

(K) TSS43H (anti-sulfur) natural gas trap is used in the drainage system of natural gas gas-water separator and storage tank to realize the function of automatic gas blocking and drainage. It is characterized by no need to apply any power, water discharge, no water shut-off, continuous operation, reliable sealing, no natural gas leakage, to eliminate potential safety hazards, protect the environment, save energy, improve the working conditions of workers has an important role. This product is simple to operate, easy to install, stable in performance, and will bring certain economic and environmental benefits to users.

Product Structure

(K) The TSS43H (anti-sulfur) natural gas trap is composed of an upper valve body, a lower valve body, a filter screen, opening and closing parts, various functional interfaces, valves, etc. (Figure 1).

How it works

(K) TSS43H (anti-sulfur) natural gas trap uses the change of the water level of the liquid contained in the medium entering the trap to make the float rise and fall, so as to drive the opening and closing parts to open and close, and realize the function of drainage and gas blocking.

Displacement and selection method

◆ The specifications of natural gas traps are selected according to Table 1 for pressure level and nominal diameter.

◆ The actual maximum flow rate per hour under the hydrophobic condition is multiplied by 3, which is the discharge volume that should be selected.

Installation Precautions
:
◆ The specifications, models and technical parameters of the trap should be carefully checked to see if they are consistent with the design requirements.

◆ To prevent damage during transportation, the trap is filled with water in advance. After being transported to the site, the water is discharged from the drain port until there is no water flowing out, at which point there is still a certain amount of water in the valve. With a rod about 350mm long from the pressure gauge interface into the valve body, if there is an appropriate amount of water, it means that the equipment performance is normal, no water means that the equipment is not tightly closed, should notify the factory to the site treatment.

◆ After checking the normal function of the trap, close the drain and fill it with water, and then the installation can be carried out.
