Uses

UGS color quartz glass tube level gauge (hereinafter referred to as the level gauge) is the crystallization of our company using advanced technology at home and abroad, it is an updated product of ordinary glass plate level gauge. It is widely used in various transparent liquid containers and boilers in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries, such as water, gasoline, liquefied gas, liquid ammonia, propylammonia, propane, propylene, aromatics, acids and other oil products and chemical raw materials level measurement, and is also suitable for the interface measurement of two different media densities.

The colored quartz glass tube level gauge successfully solves the problems of bulky and bulky plate level gauge, large sealing area, easy leakage, unclear display, and difficult to judge the liquid level at a very close distance.

Structural principle

UGS-I color quartz glass tube level gauge is a direct-reading measuring instrument, which forms a circuit between the flange and the container, and uses the refraction principle of special-shaped glass tube and light to realize the liquid level indication of liquid green and red.

UGS-I type I side-mounted buoy color quartz glass tube level gauge, with the float as the measuring element, according to the medium density counterweight buoy, so that the color buoy floats on the liquid level interface, and clearly indicates the liquid level or interface position.

Steel balls are installed in the valves at both ends of the instrument, which automatically seal when the glass tube is accidentally damaged.
