1. Structural characteristics

3. Significant switch position indication
The ball, stem and handle are an assembly unit, the handle points in the direction of the pipeline, the ball valve is open, the handle is in the direction of the pipeline, and the valve is closed.
4. In order to prevent misoperation, the position lock device is set up, and the switch position can be locked according to the need.
5. The bottom-mounted valve stem is adopted, even if there is a fire and the packing is burned, the protruding part of the valve stem can be in close contact with the sealing surface on the valve body, so as to prevent a large amount of leakage of the medium in the valve and reduce the accident loss.
6. The anti-static device is designed with an anti-static device to eliminate the static electricity generated by the friction between the non-metallic valve seat and the ball to prevent static sparks.
7. The fireproof structure adopts double sealing, when a fire occurs, after the non-metallic valve seat is burned, the medium presses the ball on the metal sealing surface of the valve body to prevent a large amount of medium from leaking out. API 607 compliant.
