    Product Introduction

    This filter is an indispensable purification equipment for petrochemical, metallurgy, gas and other industrial sectors, and it uses different filter elements to remove impurities in the medium. With the advantages of advanced structure, high efficiency and convenient operation and management, this filter is mainly used for the filtration and purification of fluid media such as natural gas, refined oil and water.

    The main technical parameters and installation dimensions

    ◆Filtration efficiency: 1μm 98% 3~5μm 99% 5μm 99.9%.

    ◆ Working temperature: 29~130 °C (below 0 °C must be heated with hot water or electric heat).

    ◆ Working pressure: GK(J) type PN0.3~6.4MPa GF type PN0.3~10MPa GKZ type PN0.3~6.4MPa.

    ◆The processing capacity and technical parameters of GK(J), GF and GKZ filters in the standard state are shown in Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 respectively.

    ◆ The structure and installation dimensions of GK(J), GF and GKZ filters are shown in Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3, Figure 4 and Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 respectively.

    Structure and principle

    The filter is composed of a shell, a filter cartridge, an upper cover and a sewage outlet, and has four structural forms, including GK (J), GF and GKZ (see figure). According to different media and use requirements, this filter cartridge uses different filter materials, such as stainless steel, special microporous plastics, ceramics or specially treated synthetic fibers. As the media passes through the filter cartridge, the solid impurities are filtered out.
