    1. Description of the overall performance of the automatic discharge system

    The automatic liquid discharge system produced by our company is a gas-liquid separation device with intelligent mechatronics, all-day, real-time monitoring, and automatic gas-liquid separation, which can realize one machine with multiple control methods and the same station

    The system is composed of three parts: magnetic level gauge (including remote signal level transmitter), monitoring cabinet (including power supply, PLC, man-machine interface, relay, sound and light alarm, wiring row, etc.), liquid discharge manifold skid (including electric discharge ball valve). The float in the level gauge changes with the liquid level of the separator, and the liquid level signal is transmitted to the local display panel and the liquid level transmitter through magnetic coupling, and the remote signal of the liquid level transmitter is transmitted to the PLC module in the monitoring cabinet, and the reasonable liquid level high and low limit position is set on the man-machine interface combined with the remote signal of the liquid level transmitter to send instructions to the PLC, automatically open and close the electric discharge ball valve, open the valve at a high level, close the valve at a low level, and so on, so as to realize the automatic separation of gas and liquid, and at the same time can automatically record the number of discharges and the cumulative flow. The PLC control system has RS485 interface, which can transmit the signal to the host computer. The liquid level gauge cylinder adopts stainless steel jacket hot water heating to avoid the occurrence of the freezing phenomenon of the level gauge, effectively guarantees the normal signal of the liquid level around the clock, and the core components such as PLC and electric actuator adopt imported components to ensure the stable and long-term reliable operation of the system. The system is also equipped with ultra-high liquid level and ultra-low sound and light alarm devices to ensure that the system runs foolproof. The system is also equipped with a bypass device, which can be used manually to discharge liquid in case of power failure and other emergencies to ensure production and operation.

    Medium temperature: -40~300°C (when the medium temperature is below 0°C, steam jacket heating or electric heat tracing should be selected.) )

    Ambient temperature: -35°C~50 °C

    Flange center distance on both sides of the liquid level: 500, 800, 1000mm (or longer).

    The liquid level control distance has been set according to the conventional setting, and can also be set according to the user's requirements.
