Uses

This valve is a new type of multi-functional sewage globe valve, which has the characteristics of good sewage discharge performance, reliable sealing, erosion resistance, long service life, high degree of standardization and generalization, and is widely used in oil and natural gas gathering and transportation devices for direct sewage discharge.

Performance characteristics

The sealing pair adopts soft and hard double seals, and the valve is sealed with zero leakage. The sealing surface of the valve core and seat are overlay with chrome-tungsten cemented carbide, or catalyzed by special Ni-P alloy, which is resistant to erosion. The sealing pair uses the medium pressure to automatically clean the sealing surface. The special pressure balance device makes the opening and closing torque of the valve small, the opening and closing process is stable, not easy to vibrate, and the valve trim is not damaged. The sewage surface and the sealing surface are separated, which can avoid the medium from directly washing the sealing surface, and the sewage discharge performance is good, and the erosion resistance is good, the sealing performance is good, and the service life is long. The sealing structure on the valve adopts O-ring and V-type packing to fill the sealing grease to ensure that the valve stem sealing pair does not leak.

How it works

(K) The TP4lY (anti-sulfur) bonnet blowdown valve has a double seal (hard and soft seal, to achieve zero leakage). When discharging pollution, the cemented carbide sealing pair is not easy to be bruised, the soft sealing pair is embedded in the valve core, and the special reinforced fluoroplastic is used, which is in a three-way stress state, and the medium flow produces eddy current, so that the soft sealing pair can not be stained with any impurities, and the abrasion phenomenon is greatly reduced, so as to ensure that it is closed again after sewage discharge, and there is no leakage at all, therefore, the direct sewage discharge capacity is greatly improved, and the service life is prolonged.
