1. Structural characteristics
2. Overall structure
It has the characteristics of full channel, emergency sealing, fire prevention and so on.
3. Full diameter
The diameter of the valve channel hole is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipe diameter, which is convenient for pipeline cleaning.
4. Obstruction and excretion
When the valve is closed, the valve seat on the upstream and downstream side blocks the fluid, and the stagnant matter in the cavity of the valve body can be discharged, and the discharge device has the following functions:
(1) Check whether the valve seat is leaking or damaged in advance
(2) Reduce the pollution of the valve by medium replacement;
(3) When the valve is fully open or fully closed under working pressure, the stuffing box of the valve stem can be replaced.
5. Automatic pressure relief
When the medium in the valve cavity is stagnant due to the increase in temperature, and the pressure rises abnormally, the safety valve installed on the valve seat or valve body can automatically relieve the pressure.
6. Fireproof structure
Double seal is adopted, when a fire occurs, after the non-metallic valve seat is burned, the medium presses the ball on the valve body to prevent a large amount of medium from leaking out, in line with the provisions of API607.
7. When the emergency sealing seat and stem seal are damaged and cause leakage, the injection of sealing grease through the grease injection valve can play an instantaneous emergency sealing role.
8. Stem lengthening, stem lengthening is suitable for underground installation and low-temperature medium, and the length size is determined according to needs. The operation modes are manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic linkage, hydraulic and so on.
