    Product Overview:

      The UHCZ-66 series magnetic float level transmitter is independently developed and manufactured by our company. It mainly consists of three components: a magnetic float, a sensing element (probe), and an electronic housing (transmitter unit). The transmitter uses a magnetic float as the measuring element; as the liquid level rises or falls, the magnetic float magnetically couples with the sensing element in synchronization. The electronic housing then acquires the signal from the sensing element, which varies with the liquid level, and converts it into a 4–20 mA current signal for synchronous output. To broaden its application scope, the 4–20 mA current signal can be combined with the HART communication protocol or transmitted via an RS485 bus. This enables remote monitoring and control of the liquid level. For convenient on-site observation and display of the liquid level, the instrument head is equipped with an LCD screen.

     

    Working principle:

      The sensing element of the magnetic float level transmitter consists of several reed switches and resistors housed within a probe rod. As the magnetic float moves up and down, magnetic coupling causes the reed switches to close, thereby altering the detection resistance of the sensing element. This change in resistance converts the liquid-level variation into a standard 4-20 mA current signal output. To accommodate a wider range of application scenarios, the output signal can be combined with the HART communication protocol or can utilize RS485 bus communication, enabling remote transmission, measurement, recording, and control corresponding to liquid-level changes.

      Measurement accuracy: ≤3mm

      Working pressure: 42.0 MPa and below (optional)

      Operating temperature: -40℃ to +200℃

      Liquid-contact materials: 316L/304 stainless steel, HC, TA2, PVC, etc.;

      Supply voltage: 12V~32V DC, typical value 24V DC, with lightning protection, reverse connection protection, and overcurrent protection features.

      Output signal: 4–20 mA DC / HART7 / RS485

      Medium density: The minimum measurable medium density is ≤0.45 g/cm³. The minimum density difference is ≤0.2 g/cm³.

      Medium viscosity: ≤1.25 St

      Medium temperature: -40℃ to +200℃

      Explosion-proof rating: Flameproof type Ex db IIC T6 Gb, Intrinsically safe type Ex ia IIC T6 Gb

      Protection rating: IP67

      Electrical interface: M20×1.5(F)/NPT 1/2″(F)

     

    Main features:

      The product features stable performance, a sleek and simple appearance, straightforward two-wire wiring, and convenient, quick disassembly and maintenance. It is designed with an EMC-compatible circuit that meets the requirements of GB/T17626.2-2018 for electrostatic discharge immunity at Level 3, GB/T17626.5-2019 for surge (impulse) immunity at Level 3, GB/T17626.4-2018 for electrical fast transient/burst immunity at Level 3, and GB/T17626.8-2006 for power-frequency magnetic field immunity at Level 4. The product has obtained SIL2 certification and incorporates a built-in temperature and pressure compensation circuit to ensure measurement stability. Installation utilizes a flange-mounted design with a matching clamp-lock structure, making installation easy and allowing flexible adjustment of the probe insertion depth.
