    Introduction

    XLH41 axial flow type anti-return valve is a new type of valve designed for the special requirements of the submerged jet fire pipeline of the storage tank, compared with other similar products, the structure design of this valve is more reasonable, and the reliability is higher. The actual operation shows that the XLH41 axial flow anti-return valve can fully meet the system requirements (zero leakage, low opening pressure, etc.). This product can also be used in other pipeline systems that require high sealing performance of check valves.

    Since the XLH41 axial flow anti-return valve is completely leak-free, the shut-off valve between the check valve and the tank can be normally opened. The oil will not leak into the fire water pool through the elimination prevention valve. When an accident occurs in the storage tank, the fire pump immediately starts the XLH41 axial flow anti-return valve automatically and quickly opens under the action of pressure, and the fire fighting liquid enters the storage tank for fire extinguishing.

    Feature

    1. Adopting a new type of multiple sealing structure, regardless of the pressure behind the valve (the level of the storage tank), the valve can be closed tightly and with zero leakage, which overcomes the shortcomings of poor sealing performance of ordinary check valves. On the fire line of the storage tank, the XLH41 axial flow extinguishing valve can ensure that the medium in the tank does not leak through the fire pipe.

    2. Axial flow symmetrical structure, streamlined flow channel, low fluid resistance, no destructive effect on fire fighting foam.

    3. Low opening pressure. When the differential pressure △P (pre-valve pressure P1 and post-valve pressure P2) ≤ 0.08MPa, the valve can be opened.

    4. Strong corrosion resistance, long-term repeated use, long life.

    5. The structural design and material selection are more reasonable, and the reliability is higher.

    6. Self-operated fully automatic operation, without any external force to control the operation.
