    Uses

    The new double-sleeve "zero leakage" multi-function globe valve is a new generation of energy-saving products successfully developed by the company in order to further meet the needs of users under different working conditions, integrating the advantages of the previous globe valves. Its main feature is that the upper and lower parts of the valve seat of the product are sleeved (the lower sleeve is opened, the upper sleeve is slotted, and two lower sleeves are used according to different working conditions), the valve seat and the valve core are sealed with hard and soft double quality, and the valve core is equipped with a balance hole. This product has the advantages of reliable sealing performance, erosion resistance, long service life (used under the same working conditions, the service life is twice as long as that of ordinary globe valves), light and flexible opening and closing, remarkable energy-saving effect, and high degree of general standardization. It is widely used in throttling, cut-off, venting and other uses under various working conditions in petroleum, chemical industry, refining and chemical plants, natural gas gathering and transportation stations and power industry.

    Structural features

    The lower part of the valve seat is provided with an opening sleeve, the upper part is provided with a slotted sleeve, and the throttle surface and the sealing surface are completely separated, which avoids the direct scouring of the medium on the valve seat and the valve core, and meets the conditions of the full pressure difference of the throttling, shut-off and venting valves, thereby prolonging the service life of the valve. The valve seat and spool are made of hard and soft double sealing pairs, which can meet the "zero leakage" of gas and liquid medium under high pressure to ensure reliable sealing. The valve core is equipped with a "0" ring and a slag removal groove outside the valve core, so that the valve core moves up and down in the valve sleeve to achieve automatic slag removal, and the outer circle of the valve core and the inner wall of the valve sleeve are kept clean at any time. The addition of the lower valve sleeve plays a role in slowing the pressure, reduces the negative pressure vortex suction generated when the medium flows in reverse under high pressure, can meet the positive and reverse flow of the medium under special working conditions, reduces the vibration, and is conducive to the safe operation of pipelines and devices. The grease nozzle is provided on the stem to prevent resistive corrosion at the stem and prolong the service life of the stem. Hard and soft double seal, plunger-shaped spool, lower sleeve opening, upper sleeve slotting make this valve have a variety of functions such as throttling, shut-off, and venting at the same time.

    How it works

    Normally closed state: the end face of the hard seal of the valve core is pressed against the end face of the valve seat to form a hard seal, and the "convex" ring of the valve seat is close to the soft seal end face of the inner cavity of the valve core to form a second soft seal. The hard and soft seals ensure "zero leakage" of gas and liquid media. Working state: When the valve is opened, the valve core moves up slowly, and the fluid medium first contacts the outer wall of the lower valve sleeve, so that the medium produces vortex in the flow channel entering the valve cavity, thus greatly slowing down the scouring of the fluid medium to the bottom of the valve seat, and at the same time plays a role in slowing down the pressure. The valve core moves up, and the high-speed fluid directly washes the bottom end of the valve core after slow pressure, and a window throttling channel has been formed with the groove of the upper sleeve. The amount of the spool moving up, that is, the amount of the masking window, forms the change in flow. Since the upper sleeve window is the throttle surface, the high-pressure fluid mainly washes the throttle channel. The bottom end face of the valve core produces eddy current again due to the change of the flow direction of the medium, which slows down the scouring of the medium to the bottom end of the valve core, and the bottom end of the groove of the upper valve sleeve is at the upper end of the valve seat, so as to avoid the scouring of the medium on the upper end of the valve seat and protect the valve seat. Fully open state: when the valve core is moved up to the upper end of the sleeve slotting, the venting is in the middle and late stages, the pressure is reduced, and the resistance of the fluid in the valve is small, which shortens the venting time and improves the effect.
