Overview
HL3010 series intelligent electric float liquid level (boundary) transmitter is assembled by introducing the original FIELDVUE DLC3000 series intelligent liquid level controller from Fisher Control Equipment Company of the United States. The instrument can be used to measure liquid level, boundary level or density, can output 4~20mA standard DC signal, and the DLC3000 series intelligent level controller using the HART communication protocol can also access information critical to process operation. With the HART communicator Type 275, which is compatible with the DLC3000 series of intelligent level controllers, information from the process, the intelligent level controller or the pontoon measuring chamber can be acquired. The HART communicator can be connected to the field junction box of the intelligent level controller. Thanks to the HART communicator, the user can query, configure, calibrate or test the intelligent leveler. With the HART protocol, information from the field can be downloaded to the control system or accepted as a single loop.
HL3010 series intelligent pontoon level (boundary) transmitter is composed of imported DLC3000 intelligent liquid level controller, pontoon measuring room, measuring mechanism, pontoon, torsion tube, etc. The pontoon is submerged in the level in the measuring chamber. Rigid connection with torsion tube system. The force experienced by the torsion tube system is the net value of the pontoon itself minus the liquid buoyancy experienced by the pontoon, and the torsion tube twists at a certain angle under the action of this resultant force. A change in the position, density, or boundary height of the liquid to be measured causes a change in the position of the pontoon, which is transmitted to the torsion tube assembly, causing it to rotate. The rotational motion of the torsion tube is transmitted to the lever of the intelligent level controller, which displaces the magnet fixed to the lever assembly, changing the magnetic field detected by the Hall effect sensor. The sensor converts the magnetic field signal into an electrical signal. DLC3000 series of intelligent level controllers, color microcontrollers and associated electronic circuits measure process variables, provide current output, drive liquid crystal displays (LCDs), and provide HART communication capabilities. The microcontroller receives the ambient temperature compensated and linearized signal, and also compensates for the change in liquid density caused by the temperature change in the thousand process. The digital/analog (D/A) output line accepts the output of the microcontroller and provides a 4-20mA current output signal. The LCD displays the analog output, process variables (level, cut-off level, or density), process temperature (if RTD is installed), torque tube rotation angle, and the percentage range of displayed variables.

Operating influences:
power supply effect: When the voltage changes between the minimum and maximum values of the specified voltage, the output changes <± 0.2%FS
Temperature effect: When the operating temperature changes within -40~80°C, the output changes <± 0.03%FS/°C
Alarmjumper: DLC3000 can self-diagnose and configure high and low alarms to display process variables. When a high or low alarm or a fault is detected, the analog output signal will show less than 4mA or higher than 20mA, and the meter is generally placed on the high position when the meter leaves the factory.
In breaking protection:
Electrical connection: 2 l/2-14NPT female threads, one at the bottom and the other in front of the junction box. M20 adapters are available.

Notes:
1. The electrical installation must be correct to prevent errors caused by electrical noise, and shielded cables should be used
2. Ordinary copper wire jumper wiring with sufficient cross-sectional area is used to ensure that the voltage of the liquid level controller terminal is not lower than 12.0V
3. The signal line does not need to use shielded wire, but in order to get the best effect, it is recommended to use twisted pair.
