Uses

This product is based on the absorption of domestic and foreign throttle valves, the design of a new type of washout resistant throttle stop valve, it uses 18 ° streamlined throttle cone and spool sleeve opening to form front and rear multi-stage throttling, spool and valve seat using hard and soft double seal, sealing surface and throttle surface separate, improve the valve's throttling capacity and sealing reliability, can be applied to high pressure throttling and shut-off. It has the function of a pressure reducing valve under the condition of high differential pressure. It adopts a balanced guide barrel spool structure, which has small opening and closing torque, light operation and long service life.

Performance characteristics:

The sealing surface of the valve core and seat is surfacing chromium-cobalt-tungsten cemented carbide, or catalyzed by special Ni-P alloy, which is resistant to erosion. The sealing pair adopts hard and soft double seal, and the valve is sealed with zero leakage. The 18° streamlined throttle cone on the valve core changes the flow direction of the medium during the opening and closing process, which can avoid the medium directly washing the sealing surface. The pressure balance device makes the opening and closing torque of the valve small, the opening and closing process is stable, it is not easy to vibrate, and the valve trim is not damaged. Changing the arrangement of the orifice holes on the spool sleeve can obtain different flow characteristics. At the same time, this valve has a multi-stage throttling function, and has the function of a pressure reducing valve under the condition of high pressure difference.

How it works:

(K) SLJ4l/44Y (anti-sulfur) double-acting throttle globe valve, with double seal (hard and soft seal, to achieve zero leakage). The spool is provided with a balance hole, and the spool sleeve is open with a throttle hole.
