Product IntroductionThe high-sealing needle globe valve is a new generation of products developed on the basis of the original instrument valve to meet the requirements of zero leakage under the working conditions of high-pressure gas and liquid medium. The biggest feature of this product is that it solves the problems of zero leakage and long service life of high-pressure gas seals.
The high-containment needle globe valve is a series of products that can replace various types of needle globe valves and three-valve groups. The connection form and dimensions are the same as those of conventional valves.

DN (mm) :D N3~DN25
Applicable temperature: ≤200°C
Applicable medium: water, (sulfur-containing) natural gas, oil and other corrosive and non-corrosive media.
Features and uses
The valve core and seat are sealed with hard and soft to meet the "zero leakage" of the gas and liquid medium under the nominal pressure working conditions. The pressure of the air seal test is increased to 32.0MPa on the basis of GB498l and 0.6MPa specified in the IS05208, and the static pressure life is reached and exceeded 12000 times on the basis of 6000 times of similar national excellent products.
This valve ensures the correct installation and use of the pressure gauge in the pipeline through the external sampling and discharge device, and achieves the purpose of venting and sampling. It has the function of one valve and two purposes.
It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, light industry, electric power, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, sugar, "CNG" station and other industrial pipelines as opening and closing devices.
