Product Overview:
The UHCZ-66 series magnetic floating ball liquid level transmitter is independently developed and manufactured by our company. It mainly consists of a floating ball, a sensing element (probe), and an electronic chamber (transmission unit). It uses a magnetic levitation ball as the measuring element, and the magnetic levitation ball synchronously couples with the rise of the liquid level to the sensing element. The electronic chamber collects the signal of the sensing element changing with the liquid level and converts it into a 4-20mA current signal for synchronous output. To expand its application range, the 4-20mA current signal output can be overlaid with the HART communication protocol or communicate using the RS485 bus; To achieve remote monitoring and control of liquid level, the instrument head is equipped with an LCD screen for easy on-site observation and display of liquid level.
Working principle of magnetic float level transmitter:
During measurement, the circuit unit generates current pulses that propagate downwards along the magnetostrictive wire (waveguide) and generate a circular magnetic field. When the magnetic levitation ball floats up and down with the change of liquid level, due to the presence of a set of permanent magnets inside the floating ball, a magnetic field is generated simultaneously. When the current magnetic field meets the floating ball magnetic field, a "twisted" pulse, also known as a "return" pulse, is generated. The time difference between the "return" pulse and the current pulse is converted into a pulse signal to calculate the actual position of the floating ball and measure the liquid level; The electronic warehouse converts the change in liquid level into a 4-20mA current signal output, which participates in remote transmission, measurement, recording, and control corresponding to the liquid level change.

Main features:
