Overview:
The UHCZ-66 series magnetostrictive level gauge is independently developed and manufactured by our company. It mainly consists of three parts: float, sensing element (probe), and electronic chamber (transmitter unit). The magnetic float is used as the measuring element, and it synchronously magnetically couples with the sensing element as the liquid level rises and falls. The electronic chamber collects the signals from the sensing element that change with the liquid level and converts them into a 4-20mA current signal for synchronous output. To expand its application range, the output 4-20mA current signal can be combined with the HART communication protocol or use RS485 bus communication; enabling remote monitoring and control of the liquid level. For convenient on-site observation, it can be equipped with a local display magnetic flap and an LCD screen on the instrument head.
Working Principle of Magnetostrictive Level Gauge:
During measurement, the circuit unit generates a current pulse, which is transmitted downward along the magnetostrictive wire (waveguide) and creates a circular magnetic field. When the magnetic float fluctuates up and down with the liquid level, it generates a magnetic field due to the permanent magnets inside the float. When the current magnetic field meets the float's magnetic field, a 'distorted' pulse, also known as a 'return' pulse, is generated. The time difference between the 'return' pulse and the current pulse is converted into a pulse signal, allowing the actual position of the float to be calculated and the liquid level to be measured. The electronic chamber converts the change in liquid level into a 4-20mA current signal output, enabling remote transmission, measurement, recording, and control corresponding to the liquid level changes.

Main Features:
Stable performance, simple appearance, easy wiring, and convenient installation and maintenance; the product design emphasizes stability and reliability from the source, with EMC electromagnetic compatibility performance tests exceeding level 3 (including electrostatic discharge immunity, surge immunity, electrical fast transient burst immunity, and power frequency magnetic field immunity). It has a built-in temperature and pressure compensation circuit to ensure measurement stability, with a product resolution better than ±0.5mm; the magnetic float sensor can be made of 316L, TA2, and other materials, with pressure resistance ≥10MPa; the product design is refined, with a magnetic float diameter that can be made to ≤25mm, and installation can use flanges or matching clamp locking structures for easy installation, with adjustable probe insertion depth.
